Terms of Service

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and deliveries by WD Studio, based in Antwerp, Belgium. By using our services you fully accept these terms.

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established upon written or digital confirmation by both parties. WD Studio reserves the right to refuse an assignment without giving reasons.

WD Studio commits to executing the assignment to the best of its ability and with due professional skill. The client makes all required information, accesses and feedback available in a timely manner. Delays caused by their absence are not WD Studio's responsibility.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days. Late payment automatically incurs interest of 1% per month plus a flat penalty of 10% on the outstanding amount (min. €75).

All designs, code and content developed by WD Studio remain its property until full payment is received. After full payment, elements specifically developed for the client are transferred. Generic tools, frameworks and libraries remain the property of WD Studio or their rights holders.

Both parties commit to not disclosing confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, unless legally required.

WD Studio is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WD Studio is not responsible for hosting, domain management or maintenance after project delivery. Separate maintenance contracts can be concluded.

Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a serious breach, provided written notice of default with a 14-day remedy period. Work already invoiced remains due.

All agreements with WD Studio are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the district of Antwerp.
