WD Studio is a digital studio based in Antwerp, Belgium. We design and develop websites, webshops and AI automations for businesses. Data controller: WD Studio — info@wdstudio.be — +32 488 35 60 43.

We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the contact form, chat widget or email: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. We also collect technical data about your website visit via cookies (see Cookie Policy).

We process your personal data solely for: (a) answering your enquiries, (b) executing an agreement or quote, (c) sending relevant information at your request, and (d) improving our services based on anonymised analytics data.

Contact details are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless an ongoing agreement requires a longer retention period. Invoice data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.

WD Studio never shares your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use processors such as Google (Analytics, Ads) and OpenRouter (AI chat) who act as sub-processors. Data processing agreements compliant with GDPR have been concluded with all processors.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@wdstudio.be. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

WD Studio takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. All connections are secured via HTTPS.

We may update this privacy policy at any time. The most recent version is always available on this page. We will notify you by email of significant changes if we hold your address.
